Refund/Exchange Policy

You may return items for an exchange or full refund. The cost of the return postage must be met by you. The FULL cost of postage for any items exchanged must also be paid by you before the replacement items are dispatched. Goods will only be accepted back if they are in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you in, unused and in the original packaging.
